Terms of sale
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These general terms of sale (“Terms”) govern sales of products concluded on the website nalzea.com between Ewen Bibi-Triki EI (the “Seller”) and any natural person acting as a consumer (the “Customer”). They prevail over any other document. The Customer confirms having read and accepted them before placing an order. The Seller may change them at any time; the applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 – Seller identification
The site is operated by Ewen Esaie Bibi-Triki, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI) trading as “Ewen Management”, registered with the Albi Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 883 434 011 (SIRET 883 434 011 00010), whose business is located at 8 rue du Champ des Rossignols, 81990 Salies, France.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible (description, composition, size guide, photographs). Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen used. Offers are valid while stocks last. If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable, the Customer is informed as soon as possible and may choose another product or be refunded the amount paid no later than 14 days after payment.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros or, depending on the delivery country, in the currency displayed at the time of ordering. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI): the prices shown are net prices, without VAT, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown to the Customer before the order is confirmed. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country; they are paid by the Customer.
Article 5 – Ordering
The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, enters their details and delivery address, chooses a delivery method and payment method, then checks the order summary before confirming it. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, non-payment or suspected fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
The price is payable in full at the time of ordering, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout (in particular card and digital wallets). Payments are processed securely by authorised payment providers; the Seller never has access to the Customer’s full card details. The order is only processed once payment is confirmed.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering, in the countries offered on the site.
- Europe: free shipping. Order prepared within 24 hours (business days), then delivered in 7 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the world: €4.99. Order prepared within 24 hours (business days), then delivered in 7 to 15 business days.
An email with the tracking link is sent to the Customer as soon as the order ships. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided.
If the delivery date or period is exceeded, the Customer may, after requiring the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period, terminate the contract if delivery has not taken place within that period, in accordance with articles L. 216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The Customer is then refunded the full amount paid no later than 14 days after the date on which the contract was terminated.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of them. In the event of a damaged parcel or a missing product, the Customer is asked to report it to customer service as soon as possible, with photos.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receiving the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or bear costs other than those set out below.
To exercise it, the Customer notifies their decision by an unambiguous statement sent by email to support@nalzea.com, for example using the withdrawal form in the annex. The Customer then sends the products back, to the address given by customer service, no later than 14 days after communicating their decision. Products must be returned complete, unworn and in perfect condition, with their tags and in their original packaging. The Customer may be held liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The direct costs of returning the products are paid by the Customer, unless the product is faulty or does not match the order.
The Seller refunds the full amount paid, including the original shipping costs (based on standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be withheld until the products have been received back or until the Customer has supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. It is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method, and incurs no cost for the Customer.
In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (for example earrings for pierced ears whose protective packaging has been opened).
Article 9 – Legal guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the following conditions. To use them, the Customer contacts customer service at support@nalzea.com, giving their order number and the nature of the defect (with photos).
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the application of the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only has to prove the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer asks for the goods to be repaired but the seller imposes a replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for two years from the date of replacement.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund in exchange for returning the goods, if:
- the trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
- the repair or replacement takes place after more than thirty days;
- the repair or replacement causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or the costs of installing the repaired or replacement goods;
- the lack of conformity persists despite the seller’s unsuccessful attempt to bring the goods into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. In that case the consumer does not have to ask for repair or replacement first.
The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are unavailable for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee until the restored goods are delivered.
The rights above result from articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs the application of the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith faces a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to up to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund in exchange for returning the goods.
Article 10 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, the act of a third party or the act of the Customer, in particular an error in the delivery address. The photographs and texts illustrating the products have no contractual value beyond their descriptive nature.
Article 11 – Personal data
The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which sets out in particular the purposes of processing, retention periods and the Customer’s rights.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, logo, graphics, photographs) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Article 13 – Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint, the Customer can contact customer service by email at support@nalzea.com, by phone on +1 928 394 1856 or via the Contact page.
Article 14 – Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediation service to which the Seller belongs: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – www.cm2c.net.
The mediator can be contacted online at www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php, after a prior written complaint to customer service that has not been satisfactorily resolved, and no later than one year after that complaint. The Customer may also use any other alternative dispute resolution method.
Article 15 – Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive the Customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred, or any other competent court.
