Nalzea delivers to France, Italy, all of Europe and most countries in the world.

Shipping costs

• Europe (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the Balkans, Ukraine, Moldova and microstates): free shipping, with no minimum order.
• Rest of the world: €4.99.

Timing

Your order is prepared within 24 hours (business days), then delivered in 7 to 10 business days in Europe and 7 to 15 business days in the rest of the world. These times are estimates and are shown again before payment.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link. You can also find your order in your account.

Duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged on delivery by the authorities or the carrier of the destination country. They are paid by the recipient.

Address and parcels

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order: a parcel returned because of a wrong or incomplete address may be reshipped at your expense. If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us at support@nalzea.com with your order number: we open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution (reshipment or refund).

Late delivery

If your order is not delivered within the stated time, you can ask us to deliver it within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel your order and receive a full refund, in accordance with articles L. 216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
