A piece doesn’t suit you? You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, with no need to give a reason.
How to return an item
- Email us at support@nalzea.com (or use the Contact page) with your order number and the items concerned.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within the following 14 days, unworn, with their tags and in their original packaging.
Refund
We refund you no later than 14 days after your request, using the payment method used for the order. The refund may be withheld until we receive the items or your proof of shipment.
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty or doesn’t match your order: in that case, we cover them. Your original shipping costs are refunded if you return your whole order.
Exchanges
To change a size or colour, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order.
